Terry Hughes began her career in the title industry 22 years ago. During this time, she’s handled all types of escrow transactions including refinances, sales, subdivisions, and commercial properties. Her clients know her to be devoted to their success, and it’s that sense of partnership that brings established real estate professionals as well as newcomers back to Terry.

Terry served for four years as a board member, vice president, president, and past president of the Arizona City Chamber of Commerce and was recognized with an Appreciation Award from the Western Pinal Association of Realtors in 1995.

In 1999, Terry received her Designation as Certified Escrow Officer through the Arizona State Escrow Association.
